Private one to one tuition in your own home is available on selected days of the week after school. A fully qualified speech and drama teacher will visit you across Manchester and Cheshire (including Sale, Stretford, Altrincham, Hale, Bowdon, Lymm, Urmston, Didsbury, Chorlton, Withington) Children will also have the opportunity to join our Saturday Drama School at a later date if they are interested in working in small groups with other young performers.

Individual lessons can be tailored to suit each child.  Enunciation work including how vowel and consonant sounds should be spoken (sometimes referred to as elocution lessons) can be included in lessons if this is something you are looking for.

Pupils will also be taught acting skills through appropriate exercises for their age group and will work on pieces to perform either competitively, for exams or simply for pleasure.

Other elements of the lessons include:

• breathing and posture exercises
• characterisation for drama pieces
• appreciation of literature
• sight reading of poetry and prose
• examination preparation where applicable
