Class prices in Sale start at £7.50 for 4 - 9 year olds and £8.00 for 10 years+. Class prices in Altrincham are £8.50 per lesson for all ages.

All classes are 60 minutes long with the exception of the 4-5 year olds' group which is a 45 or 50 minute session. The Saturday morning 10am group for 6 - 9 year olds is a longer 75 minute class.

The first group lesson attended is offered as a free trial and after that children can join for a minimum of a half term (usually 6 - 7 weeks).  Fees are payable in half term blocks at the start of term and if there is availability, children can join at any point during the term.

We follow the Trafford school term dates where possible and we break at half terms, Easter and Christmas. During the holidays we occasionally run holiday workshops

Our permanent base for individual lessons is at LA Fitness, 20 - 22 Washway Rd, Sale, Cheshire, M33 7QY. Please use M33 7NT in your Sat Nav to access the car park at the rear.

There isn't a sign displayed at the front of the LA Fitness building on Washway Rd and there is no right or left on the same side of the road turn as you pass it. Please leave plenty of time to find us if you are new to the area. Parking is available at the back of the building and there is also a public car park on Oaklands Drive (one way system B5166) just before Sale Fire Station.
